The Tao Te Ching: A Voice of Sanity for Our Days

The Tao Ching is a Chinese philosophical classic, written around two thousand six hundred years ago. It considers our usual way of looking at our world and our usual attitudes towards power, possessions, ambition, work, and ethics. It up-ends those usual attitudes, showing us that they don't really work because they are out of touch with the way the universe works. This ancient work is just as profound and useful today as it was 2600 years ago.
